Gdańsk Insider is written by a small Gdańsk team that also runs ShuttleHero, a local company offering private airport transfers and day tours. The site is not independent of ShuttleHero, and we want that to be clear before you read anything else.
The team behind Gdańsk Insider also operates ShuttleHero (Gdańsk airport transfers & private day tours). When you book via a ShuttleHero link on this site, the booking goes to our own company. Every article that links to ShuttleHero says so, and we always describe the alternatives (trains, buses, trams, licensed taxis) with real prices so you can choose what suits you. ShuttleHero prices quoted here are the same fixed prices shown on shuttlehero.pl.
We do not use hotel-booking, tour-marketplace or any other affiliate programmes. Museums, restaurants, hotels and other businesses mentioned on this site have not paid to be included.
Plain-English version: transfer and tour links go to our own company, ShuttleHero. Nothing else is paid for. If the train is the better choice, we say so — even if the company is a paying partner.
